Drone-based aerial imaging provides a very unique and cost-effective means to add a new stream of photo & video content to existing productions.
Drones can not only replace traditional expensive airplanes and helicopters in many instances, but they also can access locations and get shots where full-sized aircraft cannot. We are able to fly and hover in tighter lower locations and with much quicker deployment time, limited noise/disturbance, and much-reduced cost.
These systems provide a single platform that can do the work of a dolly, crane, and helicopter and often all in one continuous shot.
Our specialized highly trained Canadian Government certified UAV team combines drones for aerial photography with wide-ranging skill sets to deliver client-specific aerial imaging services throughout Canada.
We can do aerial photo and video for architecture, construction projects, GIS, agriculture condition reporting (thermal), insurance, real estate portfolios, 2 & 3D mapping and security imaging. We have a combination of over forty years experience in photography, video, UAVs, and production methods.
Technology
We utilize a fleet highly specialized UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), often referred to as drone aircraft, that are remotely controlled and assisted by GPS position and altitude.
These aircraft provide a super stable platform that gives us the capabilities to gather data, photos and video. Our fleet ranges from small 4 motor DJI Mavic (quadcopter) for confined areas, up to large 4 motor DJI Inspire 2 and 4 motor DJI Matrice 210 RTK drone systems with full 360 axis degree gimbals carrying various high-end cameras. As well as fixed wing Ebee SQ UAVs.
The size and nature of these aircraft allow us to specialize in low altitude, high definition aerial imaging in a much safer and more economical manner. We hold a national SFOC for all of Canada and are fully licensed by Transport Canada.
